Less doing. More listening. More allowing. Time to Refine SLOW FORM 1 Offe
red to all students who have learned TaiJi Quan Slow Form (Part 1) with us
and wish to deepen their relationship with TaiJi — not as a choreograph
y\, but as a living practice. For those who have walked this path with us
for longer time\, this is your next step. After learning the form\, the re
al practice begins. We will open a space in which we can explore not new m
ovements\, but the unknown depth within the ones we already know\, cultiva
ting a deeper understanding of the purpose of the practice. Instead of add
ing more to our already existing practice\, we soften\, listen\, adjust\,
and allow the practice to reveal greater depth. Through careful repetition
and clear guidance\, familiar forms begin to feel different: more connect
ed\, more alive\, more effortless\, more full. We will spend time with sim
ple movements — and discover their subtlety and intricacy. The group is
intentionally small (maximum 15 participants) to allow for individual atte
ntion and personal feedback. There is space for questions\, hands-on corre
ctions\, and subtle refinement. Each participant is met where they are in
their process. Less doing. More listening. More allowing. What You Will Ex

SLOW FORM 1 Offered to all students who have learned TaiJi Quan Slow Form
(Part 1) with us and wish to deepen their relationship with TaiJi — not
as a choreography\, but as a living practice. For those who have walked t
his path with us for longer time\, this is your next step. After learning
the form\, the real practice begins. We will open a space in which we can
explore not new movements\, but the unknown depth within the ones we alrea
dy know\, cultivating a deeper understanding of the purpose of the practic
 e. Instead of adding more to our already existing practice\, we soften\, l
isten\, adjust\, and allow the practice to reveal greater depth. Through c
areful repetition and clear guidance\, familiar forms begin to feel differ
ent: more connected\, more alive\, more effortless\, more full. We will sp
end time with simple movements — and discover their subtlety and intrica
cy. The group is intentionally small (maximum 15 participants) to allow fo
r individual attention and personal feedback. There is space for questions
\, hands-on corrections\, and subtle refinement. Each participant is met w
here they are in their process. Less doing. More listening. More allowing.
