Situated in Pai, Thailand, our space welcomes practitioners, teachers and masters of all traditions that walk the path of self-discovery and self-realization. It unites like minded people to support one another in cultivating greater harmony.

Under the guidance of Shifu Zuan and care of Team JourneyIntoOneself this space was born from a simple intention: to gather in practice, from all walks of life and remember together...

Teaching

With the practice of TaiJi, QiGong, GongFu, Meditation and much more- this teaching offers simple practices for experiencing harmony and connecting to a natural way of being.

The focus is on discovering the inner path and opening up to deeper understanding of oneself, our environment and life itself. Through this, true connection and compassion naturally arise.

Compassion is at the heart of this teaching. Not just as a virtue, but as an impulse for positive action, an invitation to nourish a better life, for our benefit and the benefit of all. By cultivating timeless virtues such as benevolence, respect, trust, honesty, discipline and patience, we create the right conditions for the best version of oneself.

There is nowhere to go in this teaching, nothing to become. It is a teaching of uncovering what is already there. A support in the pursuit of harmony. A reminder that even in the chaos of modern life, consciousness still flows. Quietly. Steadily. Calling us home to what truly matters.
