a journey into oneself
Shifu Zuan invites you for a weekend of discovering oneself.
In a world where we increasingly rely on Artificial Intelligence, TaiJi QiGong can help us remember another kind of intelligence—the natural wisdom that is already present within us.
Sometimes, this natural intelligence becomes difficult to feel. Tension, stress, habits, and the many demands of everyday life can gradually disconnect us from the natural rhythms of our body.
In the language of TaiJi QiGong, this natural intelligence is closely connected to Qi—the movement and intelligence that naturally flows through our body.
When we learn how to listen to the body and create the conditions for greater openness, we can begin to understand how this natural intelligence can express itself more freely.
During these two days, Shifu Zuan will share simple and practical TaiJi QiGong principles that help us explore how tension and habitual patterns can interfere with this natural flow—and how we can gradually create more space for the body and Qi to move naturally.
The practices are accessible for everyone. They offer a way to better understand our own reactions and habits, and to gradually find a different way of relating to the challenges we meet in everyday life.
For Shifu Zuan, practice is not about achieving something or becoming someone else. It is about learning to listen again—to the body, to ourselves, and to what is naturally present.
Shifu Zuan understands that practice has to find its place within modern life, with all its demands, distractions, and challenges. What he shares is not about escaping everyday life, but about finding ways to meet it with greater awareness and simplicity.
The teaching is simple, direct and grounded in experience. There is space to ask questions, to observe and to discover things for yourself.
This workshop is an opportunity to take some time for yourself, to practice, explore, and reconnect with what is naturally present within you.
two paths. one journey
The “7 Gates” and “Natural Intelligence” ONLINE Teachings have different starting points, but they are closely connected.
The 7 Gates Teaching begins with life and moves towards the body.
It explores fundamental principles of human experience and life— such as Awareness, Resistance, Letting Go, Stillness, Impermanence. From there, these principles are gradually explored and experienced through the body and through practice.
Natural Intelligence begins with the body and moves towards life.
Here, the focus is much more practical and physical. Through direct practice, participants explore the natural intelligence of the body and the principles that allow Qi, movement, and the body’s inbuilt organisation system to activate.
From this physical experience, we can then explore how these principles relate to the way we meet everyday life.
One begins with the questions and principles of life and gradually brings them into the body. The other begins with direct physical experience and gradually brings the understanding back into life.
They can both be experienced independently, but together they offer two different perspectives on the same journey.
