Learn how to help your body release emotional stress and reactions. Transform patterns that make you feel drained and unhappy.
CHI NEI TSANG
An ancient Taoist healing abdominal massage that translates to "working the energy of the internal organs".
It is a deeply transformative experience, that works directly with your organs, fascia, breath and nervous system.
By using a combination of deep, gentle touches and breathwork, it targets the navel and abdominal area to release physical tension, improve digestion, and clear trapped emotional stress.
In traditional Chinese medicine, unprocessed emotions (like fear, anger, or worry) can get trapped in specific organs, leading to physical or psychosomatic issues.
The massage stimulates the internal organs, lymphatics, and blood circulation to support the body's natural detoxification process.
TAIJI QIGONG
Rooted in the WuMa TaiJi Chuan tradition, this is an ancient Chinese healing method, meditation technique and martial art.
The focus in this Workshop lies on releasing- mentally, emotionally, physically, so that our life force, our Qi, can flow freely.
We explore gentle practices, that trigger our parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a deep state of calm. In this space, healing can take place naturally.
We learn how to let go of control, how not push or pull ourselves into healing, how to step out of our own way and recognise deeply that we are part of a whole eco system that cares and supports our being.
