THE JOURNEY

Team JIO Hristina

There is a moment in practice
when learning  slows down and deepening begins.
This Immersion is a return to that.

EXPERIENCE A DIFFERENT WAY

Less doing. More listening. More allowing.

Time to Refine

Offered to all students who have learned TaiJi Quan Slow Form (Part 1) with us and wish to deepen their relationship with TaiJi —
not as a choreography, but as a living practice.
For those who have walked this path with us for longer time, this is your next step. After learning the form, the real practice begins.

We will open a space in which we can explore not new movements, but the unknown depth within the ones we already know, cultivating a new understanding of the purpose of the practice.

Instead of adding more to our already existing practice, we soften, listen, adjust, and allow the practice to reveal greater depth. Through careful repetition and clear guidance, familiar forms begin to feel different: more connected, more alive, more effortless, more full.

We will spend time with simple movements — and discover their subtlety and intricacy.

The group is intentionally small (maximum 15 participants) to allow for individual attention and personal feedback. There is space for questions, hands-on corrections, and subtle refinement.
Each participant is met where they are in their process.

Less doing. More listening. More allowing.

TEACHERS

Hristina

Team JIO Hristina

Hristina has been walking a devoted path of embodied practice for over a decade. For the past six years, she has trained under the guidance of Shifu Zuan, cultivating both the physical skills of TaiJi and a lived understanding of its underlying principles.

Before TaiJi, Hristina spent eight years teaching and practicing yoga, traveling internationally and studying with diverse teachers.

Along the way, she deepened her knowledge of meditation, mindfulness, bodywork, massage therapies, and functional anatomy.

Her teaching is rooted in presence, curiosity, and respect for the body as a living system—where movement, awareness, and inner cultivation meet.
