What if health is not something we need to chase,
but something we need to cultivate?

EXPERIENCE A DIFFERENT WAY

An invitation to slow down, reconnect and come back home, to oneself.

Through the wisdom of Chinese culture and Taoist philosophy, we begin to understand that everything in life moves in rhythms and cycles.

Health arises when we learn to live in accordance with these rhythms instead of constantly working against them.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the oldest continuously practiced systems of health and healing in the world. Developed over thousands of years through the observation of nature, the human body and the rhythms of life, it offers a profound understanding of how balance, vitality and inner harmony can be maintained.

In this Workshop, we will explore the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine and discover how its principles can support us in everyday life — physically, mentally and emotionally.

Rather than only focusing on symptoms, Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at the human being as a whole. It teaches us how our energy, emotions, lifestyle, movement and environment influence our wellbeing, and how we can bring these aspects back into harmony.

Through the wisdom of Chinese culture and Taoist philosophy, we begin to understand that everything in life moves in rhythms and cycles. Health arises when we learn to live in accordance with these rhythms instead of constantly working against them.

During this Workshop we will explore practical and accessible tools from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong and Tai Ji Quan that help us reconnect with ourselves and strengthen our natural vitality.

TEACHERS

Laoshi Jian

laoshi Jian

Laoshi Jian is a 36th-generation Shaolin disciple and a dedicated teacher at Shaolin Temple Europe in Otterberg, Germany; practicing under the direct guidance of its leading masters, Shifu Heng Yi and Shifu Zuan.

Alongside the practice of Shaolin Kung Fu, Qi Gong and Tai Ji Quan, he studies Traditional Chinese Medicine to deepen the understanding of how body, mind and spirit can be cultivated and strengthened in harmony — following the traditional principles passed down through the ancient arts and teachings of Chinese culture.

He combines movement practice, energetic work and traditional knowledge into an approach that is both grounded and practical, while remaining connected to the roots of the tradition.
